friendly staff wide choice ideal location
The hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast offered a wide choice of options. My room was always clean and very quiet. The location proved ideal, it was a short walk to attractions.

Really great experience

large bathroom comfortable bed
The room was a superior beautiful double or twin room and its size surprised me. I found a large bathroom there, it had a separate shower. The bed was very comfortable, i sleeped very well.
The central heating wasn't adjustable from my room. It reminded me of summer throughout the building. I had some trouble sleeping because of the warmth at night.

The staff was friendly, and they all wanted to help. Gabi at reception was very helpful and kind. They stored my bags before check-in and after check-out, i thought it was very nice.

helpful staff welcome drink coffee facilities convenient location
the staff was helpful and friendly throughout my visit. i especially appreciated the welcome drink offered upon arrival at the bar.. it was a nice touch. the room had tea and coffee facilities plus bath products. the location is convenient with easy access to the tower of london and a nearby tube stop.
The sprinkled water in the room was not to my taste. I recommend bringing your own water.

the breakfast was plentiful, with many fresh pastries and fruit. i also appreciated the coffee machine and complimentary water in my room. the location was excellent, so close to tower bridge, it made sightseeing very easy.
the air conditioning seemed a little weak, and the room felt warm.

The location was convenient! The room included coffee and tea facilities. The bed was particularly comfortable. I also found the breakfast to be quite good. There was a nice variety.
The room I had did not entirely match the photos I saw online. The noise from the corridor was noticeable. I could hear other guests. The shower pressure was weak, I didn't like that, just a light drizzle.

The location is near tower bridge and tube stations. my beautiful king room was spacious and clean. breakfast offered a lovely choice from the menu. The food tasted fresh. staff were consistently nice and helpful with directions.
the bar automatically added a service tip to every item on the receipt.
